Privacy & Security

Credit
Credit may be given to a customer, subject to Maprak's approval process.

Payment
30 days from statement date for all account customers, all other payments must be negotiated prior to delivery. Payments can be made either by Cheque, Cash or Credit Card. We accept VISA, American Express and Master Card (Diners Card not accepted).

Any account overdue will be suspended without further notice and must be paid in full to reactivate the account.

Delivery & Freight
Metro Areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin and regional Australia. Freight charges apply unless stipulating freight forward details.

If same day delivery is required, courier charges will be applicable regardless of the order size.

Packing
All orders will be suitably wrapped by Maprak. Any additional wrapping required will incur an additional fee.

Installation:
Installation of any product is an additional charge and will be priced accordingly.

Goods to be installed require at least 7 days notice prior to installation.

Please ask your Maprak Sales Team member for an installation price at the time of placing your order.

Placement of orders can be made via phone, fax or email stating the following information :-

Size (width then height)
Delivery Address
Contact name
Phone number / Email address
ABN (Australian Business Number)

Prices
Maprak reserves the right to change prices with one months notice in writing.

Maprak reserves the right to undertake any product improvements or changes without prior notice.

Retentions of Title
All goods remain the property of Maprak until cleared payment has been received in full.
