Delivery is available Australia wide to metro and country areas. Please
contact our staff to arrange delivery details for your order.
Same day delivery is available to metro Adelaide. Please contact
our staff for details.
Claims & Returns
Returns of goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Any goods
returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
Delivery and pick-up charges will not be credited on return of goods.
Goods returned must be in a saleable condition. Credit may be refused if not in a saleable condition.
Goods must be returned by your own carrier at your cost.
Specials made to your specifications are not returnable.
Damaged Goods
Claims for goods damaged in transit from our factory / warehouse must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Once goods
are signed for by a company representative, accepting the products in good
condition. MAPRAK takes no further responsibility.
Any other handling or freighting is your responsibility.
Please note all our goods are inspected prior to leaving our
factory/warehouse.
Installation:
Installation of any product is an additional charge and will be priced accordingly.
Goods to be installed require at least 7 days notice prior to installation.
Please ask your Maprak Sales Team member for an installation price at the
time of placing your order.
